Booking
2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival. This applies to all airport transfers, where adherence to specified check-in times for your flight is crucial. Chorleywood Cabs will not assume responsibility for any delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate time to reach your destination or if you are not prepared for collection at the scheduled time.
2.2 Ordering a vehicle of appropriate size for all passengers and luggage is your responsibility. Chorleywood Cabs cannot guarantee the accommodation of excessive luggage. Please note that, irrespective of a child's age, they will be considered as a single passenger.
2.3 Passengers requiring wheelchair access must request this at the time of booking.
Prices & Payment
3.1 Chorleywood Cabs furnishes a quotation based on information provided by you. Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are exclusive of VAT, and if applicable, this charge will be added. In cases of substantial changes to the provided itinerary, we retain the right to adjust the quoted rate.
3.2 Our quotation includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and the cost of airport parking. Any waiting time exceeding this duration will incur charges at the standard Chorleywood Cabs waiting rate. While we strive to monitor flight details and adapt our service to accommodate delays, it is not obligatory for us to do so.
3.3 Upon acceptance of a quote from us, you will receive a booking confirmation. We kindly request you to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Chorleywood Cabs of any inaccuracies will render us not liable for any delays or costs stemming from such discrepancies.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, via credit card, or debit card.
